Christine E. Larkin is Senior Vice President/General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for A. H. Belo Corporation, a position she has held since February 2013. She is responsible for managing all legal affairs for A. H. Belo and its subsidiaries.

Larkin joined A. H. Belo after having served Belo Corp. as Assistant General Counsel since 2006 and as Corporate Counsel since August 2004. During her tenure at Belo, she was responsible for securities compliance and reporting, corporate governance, commercial contracts, corporate transactions and other business matters.

Larkin joined the law firm of Worsham, Forsythe & Wooldridge LLP as an associate in 1994. She became a partner in the Dallas office of Hunton & Williams LLP (successor to the Worsham firm) in 2002, where she was a member of the Global Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. She also served on the firm's recruiting committee for nine years. In her ten years of private practice, Larkin was engaged in the practice of securities regulation and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate law.

Larkin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University. In 1994, she earned a Juris Doctor with highest honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where she was a member of law review and was named to the Order of the Coif.

Larkin and her husband, Jim, live in Dallas and have two children.
