The Press-Enterprise Names Lasak Senior VP Finance & Publishing Operations
RIVERSIDE, Calif. - Edward B. Lasak has been named senior vice president of finance and publishing operations at The Press-Enterprise. A 15-year veteran of the company, he will continue to serve as the company's chief financial executive and head of publishing operations with the added responsibility of circulation, distribution and inserting/packaging services.

Lasak was previously vice president of finance and publishing operations. Prior to his tenure at The Press-Enterprise, he worked in various executive positions at The Tribune Company and The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Lasak earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree, both in accounting from Illinois State University. He also holds the designation of Certified Public Accountant and is licensed in California and Florida, and passed the CPA exam in Illinois.
